中文摘要:准确计算流体的属性和热力学模型需要适用的状态方程。BWRS方程包含了计算轻烃组分的系数,决定烃类混合物气体系数的混合规则,可以用于热力学性质计算和气液平衡计算,并且可以用于高密度状态或者有凝液出现的情况,因此,BWRS状态方程得到了广泛的应用。通过对BWRS方程中各个参数的分析研究和对大量数据调研的基础上,提出了MBWRS(Modified Benedict-Webb-Rubin-Starling)状态方程。修改模型包括:①修改了BWRS方程中的11参数,将BWRS状态方程转化为无因次的函数关系,减小了由于单位转化带来的累积误差;②添加了包括C7+在内的烃类和非烃类组分,共25个;③添加了相应的二元交互作用系数。由于BWRS状态方程是关于密度的隐式方程,介绍了求解该超越方程精确并且快捷的计算方法。BWRS状态方程的修改,为精确地求得热力学参数提供了有力的保障。
英文摘要:Applicable equation of state to accurately calculate the nature of fluid and thermodynamic model is essentially needed. with BWRS coefficients for light hydrocarbons, mixing rules for determining coefficients for mixtures of hydrocarbon gases, and with procedures for determining thermodynamic quantities and for vapor/liquid equilibrium calculations. Probably because of its ability to cover both liquids and gases and the coefficients and mixing rules for many hydrocarbons in one place, BWRS availability of is probably the most widely used equation of state for simulation of pipelines with high density hydrocarbons, or with condensation. Based on the analysis of various parameters which are in BWRS equation of state, a mass of data of experiments and analysis, proposed the model–MBWRS (Modified Benedict–Webb–Rubin–Starling) equation of state. The modified model includes the following aspects: modified the 11 parameters of the BWRS EoS, add on 25 common components, including C7+; transferred BWRS EoS into dimensionless equation, reduced the cumulated error which caused by unit conversion; and add on the binary interaction coefficients of these components. The available real-fluid equation-BWRS, is implicit in density, so that calculation of the density from the pressure & temperature requires iterative methods, so, introduced simple and fast method to calculation of the density or compressibility factor. The MBWRS EoS ensured the accuracy of determining thermodynamic quantities.
